From 2 to 6 October, the brothers from Vietnam and China came together for a retreat at ‘les Foyers de Charité’ in Dong Nai near Ho Chi Minh City. The retreat was led by Bro. René Stockman, Superior General. On Saturday 7 October, two brothers professed their perpetual vows: Bro. Jose, as the first Chinese brother, and Bro. Dominic from Vietnam. Bro. Emmanuel made profession for three years. Bro. Joel and Bro. Adrian, responsible for the brothers in Vietnam and China respectively, also took part in the retreat and attended the profession ceremony.
