Two brothers profess perpetual vows in Ethiopia

Addis Ababa, Ethiopia – 12 January 2018. In the Provincial House of the Lazarists in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, Bro. Dawnson and Bro. Godfrey professed their perpetual vows. Bro. René Stockman, Superior General of the Brothers of Charity, accepted the two brothers, who are now full members of the Congregation. Bro. Dawson is from Tanzania and Bro. Godfrey from Zambia. Both of them have been living in Ethiopia for some time, where the Brothers of Charity currently have 4 communities with a total of 18 brothers. Noteworthy was the presence of Cardinal Berhaneyesus of Addis Ababa, himself a Lazarist and very favourably disposed towards the Brothers of Charity.
